The Museum Pass covers most museums in Paris. There is a list on the Museum Paris website with everything that it includes I recommend double checking this before you go to Paris. Almost everything on this itinerary is included on the Museum Paris, with the Eiffel Tower being a big exception. The Museum Pass allows you to skip the ticket line.

I saw your comment about the catacombs. We will be there for 6 nights so I plan to add those and some Christmas markets in. Yes, we have done the catacombs. However, they just started offering tickets with time slots, so now it makes sense to add the catacombs into your visit.

Most sites in Paris are free for people under 18 years old. For places that accept the Museum Pass and are free for your daughter, she will wait in line with you. She does not have to be in a separate line to pick up a ticket they do this in Italy but not in Paris, France, making it much easier for families. So, I would save your money and not buy a pass for your daughter. Tim and I loved the Catacombs when we visited in definitely worth it.
Back then, no lines, you just walked up and went right in. When we were there last Easter, the line was ridiculously long and that was 45 minutes before it opened. The Paris Pass is only worth it if you want to do the river cruise, hop on hop off bus, etc. You have lots of time in Paris, so maybe the Paris Pass is worth it for you, to do these extra things.
Or, you can take our 3 day itinerary and space it out and have a more leisurely experience. Most museums are covered by the Museum Pass so you do not have to book these in advance.
